Our flagship wine is this harmonious blend of our Blanc-Fumé vineyard blocks. This wine is made using traditional methods, including direct pressing and maturing on fine lees. It expresses exotic fruity nuances of grapefruit and other citrus but also the mineral richness of a « Terres blanches » terroir. A perfect accompaniment for any meal! This wine is ideal as an aperitif but also a wonderful match with shellfish, fish (in sauce or grilled), white meat, roasted poultry and cheese.The Tradition cuvée is the heart of our production and is the harmonious blend of grapes from our Blanc-Fumé plots. Traditionally vinified, it expresses the fruity and exotic nuances of grapefruit and other citrus fruits as well as the mineral richness of the “Terres Blanches” soil. It pairs perfectly with seafood, shellfish, grilled meat and cheese.Aromas of chamomile, honey, and stone fruit give way to a rich, full-bodied palate of ripe pear and fresh meyer lemon. The wine is balanced by a pronounced acidity and delineating mineral note - silex - that elevates this Sauvignon Blanc into a class of its own.
